How it Works
First, a manager will determine if an employee’s performance is in question and refers the employee to the EAP. Then, the EAP determines if your employee’s problem is affecting their work performance. If so, they’ll receive counseling or other resources to resolve the issue. If an employee gives consent, you may monitor the employee’s participation and progress.
