Letter From the CEO

Happy 2022 Journey Client Family!

We are excited to add more efficiencies, productivity, and happiness within the workplace for you and your team.

Between technology rollouts, education to help you thrive, and internal tweaks for service, we couldn’t be more excited about what 2022 will bring.

We work with businesses that are warm, caring, and look to take advantage of the offerings and services we provide, and we thank you for being the type of businesses we love to work with. We all know since the start of the pandemic that curve balls have been thrown at all of us. We hope that 2022 holds success and good fortune in any endeavor you pursue. In addition to thinking of us as your Payroll & HR service provider, please think of us as a trusted resource. We love connecting our clients with trusted professionals such as CPAs, Insurance Brokers, Financial Advisors, Attorneys, and any professional that we know will fit perfectly for your business. In addition, we love providing education to help better prepare you. Lastly, our owners on all levels are always here to help provide business advice as well, as we love to share what we have learned, good or bad.

Thanks to you, we are able to continue to add new services, provide the best of the best, and innovate to bring the Fortune 100 options to your business. We send you endless appreciation for being in the Journey Family and allowing us to have the best client retention in the industry of over 98%.

We have been able to navigate through this pandemic with its unheard-of unemployment issues, new taxes, new HR laws, and unclear rules, all while holding onto our Journey Family values. Those values of Heart, Innovation, Honesty, “Everyone is the Favorite,” and “Take the Extra Step” never wavered and never will.

We hope you are taking advantage of our biggest recent rollout out, is our free HRNOW offering, which provides you unlimited HR support. Our rollouts, integrations, and service improvements are constantly moving forward so rest assured that you will have a Journey shareholder pro-actively reaching out to you to ensure you know the latest and greatest roll outs.

I believe we can all say 2021 was a little easier to tackle than 2020. Was it because 2020 was a tougher pill to swallow, or was it because we learned to adapt more? Maybe it’s a little bit of both, or perhaps it’s because we have proven day after day that no matter what is thrown at us, when we do things with heart and togetherness, we will win.

Thank you for allowing us to help you through your journey. 😉 We are excited to take on 2022 with you!

Cheers to 2022!

Kevin Welch
