Who is Kirsten Madland?
I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. We moved to Fort Collins in 2011 and now live in Timnath. My husband Sean and I have a son that goes to Fossil Ridge HS, and a daughter that recently graduated. As a family, we love being outdoors — we look forward to camping in the summer months, and ski as much as we can handle in the winter months! Even though I grew up in Arizona, I have been skiing since I was 4 and spent much of my childhood on the slopes in CO, UT, and AZ.
Kirsten started with Journey (at the time TLC) in 2013, and hasn’t stopped rocking since. Now our President of Software and a shareholder of Journey Headquarters, she seems to have all the answers for our plethora of daily questions!
I feel so lucky to work with our Journey clients, many of them for several years now! Each and every client is fantastic and I love that each of them brings a unique circumstance. We thrive because of our clients.
When a client requests something we don’t necessarily have yet, Kirsten jumps in and solves the puzzle to provide what’s needed. She enjoys being able to find those unique solutions for our clients’ needs.
Team Member Love:
I love that we are a family first, which creates a seamless team. We all support each other and will stop everything to lend a hand to each other when needed.
When it’s not ski season, my husband and I like to visit the local breweries and restaurants on weekends. In the winter, we tend to spend most of our weekends at Copper Mountain and Winter Park with family and friends. While I wouldn’t consider myself a huge sports fan, we do enjoy going to an occasional CSU game and tailgating with our friends. My husband and I both are NAU (Northern Arizona) alumni, but we’ve become pretty partial to CSU! Maybe they would take us as adopted alumni?!
