Jaime Zuder
Managing Partner | Business Development
Jaime Zuder grew up Old Town Scottsdale and Ahwatukee before she attended Arizona State University (Goooo Sun Devils) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Sociology. Jaime realized that to meet her dreams and goals in the business world, she would need to continue this education further. She attended Northern Arizona University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Project Management. Jaime built an impressive sales career at a national payroll company, but she wanted more. After ten years of service to the company, Jaime took the entrepreneurial leap of faith, along with her now business partner, Steven Harris to leave Corporate America and start Journey Payroll & HR – PHX in 2017. It was the best decision she ever made and she has never looked back!
Jaime leverages her sales skills to manage business development for Journey – PHX and loves networking with fellow business owners. She has been a proud member of BNI Arizona since 2017 and now works as a BNI Director Consultant. When she is not out meeting clients, you can find her living her best life with her family, Erik and daughter Madison, who reside in Chandler, Arizona. Jaime enjoys traveling, live music and enjoying the beautiful outdoors while hiking, camping (well glamping), and spending quality time with her family. She lives by the mantra of being the reason that someone smiles today!
Steven Harris
Managing Partner | Operations
First and foremost, Steven is blessed to be a husband and a father to an amazing wife, Kimberly and two wild and crazy kiddos, Jack, and Victoria, along with their Silver Lab, Juno. Steven is an avid sports fan, including the Phoenix Suns, but even though he has lived in Arizona for most of his life, he is a HUGE Minnesota Vikings fan. SKOL! One his favorite pastimes is making Sunday breakfast for friends and family during NFL season. His specialty is the Omelet Bar, and he can also knock out a mean homemade chips and salsa!
Steven loves everything local — so supporting local businesses through payroll is even better! Whether it is visiting clients for a quick bite or attending various events, he supports local at every opportunity he gets. He is always striving to learn and do more. Steven believes that if you continue to put yourself out there, you always learn something about yourself and become a stronger person because of it. The way he looks at it, there is no such thing as failure. It’s always Win or Learn. And even when you Win, you’re still learning!
