1. Log into Online Payroll. From the main Dashboard, click the Payroll icon at the top.
2. Click the CV-19 Dashboard link in the sub-menu bar.
3. You’ll notice various reports that you can click on to pull data on screen. Some will ask for a date range of your choice.
4. These reports can be exported via .PDF, .XLSX, or .CSV format.
EPSL-EFMLA (Emergency Paid Sick Leave– Emergency Family Medical and Leave Act)
This will show usage of Emergency Paid Sick Leave and FMLA Expansion earnings, listing amount used, limit and balance. It will also show credit amounts received on those amounts.
ERC (Employee Retention Credit)
This will show usage of Employee Retention Credit earnings, listing amount used, limit and balance. It will also show credit amounts received on those amounts.
FP (Forgiveness Period) Schedule A Table 1
To help complete Table 1 within the PPP Forgiveness Application.
FP (Forgiveness Period) Schedule A Table 2
To help complete Table 2 within the PPP Forgiveness Application.
FP (Forgiveness Period) Payroll Costs
To help clients compute their loan forgiveness amounts, this will have similar columns to the PPP Payroll Cost report but list by employee, by payroll for a specific time period. Clients just enter their 8 or 24 week window and the report calculates the forgiveness amount.
FP (Forgiveness Period) Excess Wages
In an estimate to help show which employees got paid too much (100k limit) during the period, we prorate the period wages and show clients how much that would be annualized.
PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) Payroll Costs – For obtaining the PPP Loan
Shows average of gross wages, taxes, and benefit amounts by month.
PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) 100k EE – For obtaining the PPP Loan
Shows a listing of excluded excess wages for employees paid over $100k per year.
PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) FTE (Full Time Employee) Count – For obtaining the PPP Loan
Shows a count of all full time equivalent employees for purposes of the PPP.
