Latest Updates in Journey’s Background Screening
In addition to helping you make the right hire, we are continually searching for ways to save you time. Some new features in background screening will do just that.
Now when you run a background search, you will have the ability to create an applicant profile from which you can run additional searches without having to re-enter the applicant’s information. You’ll also find a color-coded Applicant Process Indicator so you can quickly and easily see the status of your searches from “start” to “ready to check.”
This new feature will speed up the procedure for running multiple search packages for any given applicant. In addition, you will be able to send an email to your applicant whereby they will be able to digitally complete the authorization form, saving you from having to enter the data yourself. If you already have the completed form, you can still upload it as a PDF.
Please note that there is currently a link to override uploading the authorization form, however, that option will soon be phased out and you will need to upload authorization before you are able to order the search.
