New shareholder, Audra Sandage, is promoted to Vice President of California to Lead Journey’s New Location

Journey promotes from within and brings their best in service, technology, and value to the West coast. Journey Employer Solutions in California happily announces Audra Sandage as a shareholder and the new Vice President of Journey California.

They’re one of the fastest 100 growing companies for eight years straight and still going. Moreover, Journey is the largest privately owned payroll company in Colorado. Therefore, Journey’s expansion to California has the same goal as their expansion into Arizona. They aim to provide the best service, technology, and value at a local level. With this methodology, California will follow the same successful path as both locations before it. Every Journey office is run by local owners that make decisions for their clients, not shareholders on the New York Stock Exchange.

“Our team at Journey is remarkable, and Audra is a perfect representation of our entire team.  Audra has been with Journey since 2017 and has become a critical part of Journey as the entire organization has taken big strides.  On top of being an extremely trustworthy, hard-working individual, anyone that knows her knows that her heart is always in the right place.  We feel honored to have her be a part of our ownership team, and leading our new office.” says Journey’s CEO, Kevin Welch.

“I am honored and proud to step into this new role and join Journey’s phenomenal leadership team. I knew from my first day at Journey that I hit the jackpot. From the amazing team and company culture to the unique offerings and exciting growth, it’s what most of us only dream about finding in a career. I look forward to bringing the same top-notch customer service and company culture we are famous for in Colorado to California.”
